Changing Shipping AddressUpdated 3 months ago

If your order was placed less than 90 minutes ago, you can update your delivery address, email, or other personal details. Simply click here and enter your email address and order number to make these changes. 

If it's been more than 90 minutes since you placed your order, please reach out to us here. Our dedicated comfort consultants will investigate your request. 

Please be aware that our orders are processed swiftly at our fulfilment centre, so we may have limited flexibility, but we'll certainly do our utmost to assist you. 

If your order has already shipped:

  • Royal Mail orders: You may be able to redirect your parcel using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • InPost™ orders: These are sent directly to the locker selected at checkout and cannot be redirected once dispatched.

Important:

We’re unable to retrieve or redirect orders that have already been successfully delivered to an incorrect address. Please double-check your details at checkout to avoid any issues.
